Mobile application emulators for testing

If it's possible, could the Product Specialist team have access to mobile emulators for the android and iOS applications?

As a member of the Product Specialist team, when running through the zone/tariff pre and post go live processes, this is always done by using our personal mobile devices (mostly android) and in some cases, personal mobile data. As a new member of the team, not being informed of any wifi information I have been processing this using my personal data to test on my android device using my car as a default option.

It would be beneficial if we could provide screenshots of the application working on both the android and iPhones applications as part of the go live checks. Currently the only way to prove tests have been completed using the android app is to screenshot stages and email them to the work account before updating freshdesk. Often this step is missed and a comment of what was tested is added.

There is a second issue when we have zones which have vehicle restrictions. For example, as I only have my car on my account it cannot be used to test zones specific to other vehicles i.e. lorries.

If we had access to desktop emulators for android and iOS linked to an account with one of each vehicle it would give more visibility to the tests which are being run as part of these pre and post go live checks (at no personal cost to us).

Hi Ben, I believe this idea was meant for a different ideas portal. This portal is for ideas specific to the Aha! application. Your Aha! administrator can guide you to the link for the specific portal you are looking for. Thank you!

Speaking from a documentation standpoint, if these devices could also be used to gather screen shots to be included in user guides, I would find this extremely useful.
