Add a 'Next' button to the list views to facilitate quicker navigation Merged

When using the list view for Features or Ideas, to switch to the next one is a laborious process. We would like a button or to traverse to the next item in the list.

Right now we have to- click it, update it, close it, click the next one and it is taking a long time to navigate.
