Indicate the page is loading when I open an idea
Right now, when I click on an idea to view the details I get no indication the page is loading.
When an idea has lots of votes and comments (say 500 and 50 respectively) it typically takes several seconds to load. I honestly thought the site wasn't working when I clicked on an idea and nothing seemed to happen. A simple loading image would save confusion.
Better still, only load the content at the top of the page and lazy load the rest of it when I scroll down.

If you click on an idea, the drawer will open with a loading animation to indicate it is being loaded.
