Add selected tag when pressing tab

It would be nice if, when pressing tab on a selected tab, the tag was added to the Tags list instead of the currently selected text.

  Since this idea was created we have updated the user experience for adding tags. As before, when text is entered you will see any matching tags. Hitting Enter will add the selected tag.

  Now, we will also show an option to create a new tag. This will create a new tag using the entered text.
