Add master feature information to feature API

PS: On one product we have for example, we would like to automate making all existing features into master features (then we will create more features for each master feature as needed), and we don't see this as a bulk update option (you can set the master feature to link, but not migrate [or promote] features into master features) as this work now will require lots of manual work to make this transition without the API to help us out.

• We would like a way to add, get, update, and delete master features (or Epics, if you like) similar to how we can for the regular feature objects.
• We would also like to see if a regular feature is linked to a master feature or not in the existing feature get API response (as well as the ability to update, add or remove this linkage from the API would be ideal).
