Remove due date from a to-do

As a product manager, I would like to be able to remove a date from a to-do item so that I don't have to use an unwanted due date and so that I don't have to delete the to-do and related comments by creating a new to-do without a date.

Interestingly, you can start a to-do with no due date but after you add it there is no way to remove it.  I support having the ability to remove the date but not remove the due date field from to-do items.

Christine, thank you for your input! This idea is requesting the ability to clear out a due date which has been added on a to-do but is no longer valid. You would definitely still be able to add due dates to to-dos.

While I understand for some usages, the ":to do" with date is a pain point, but for program management, the to do is equivalent to "deliverable/action item" so it needs to have a due date for completion.

Therefore, I vote to keep the due date for to do.

Please implement this change! This is a HUGE pain point for me. A lot of time is wasted when a release has moved out, just because we don't have a new confirmed date. I have to delete all of the to-do's just because I don't want to leave the old dates in and confuse everyone. And THEN I have to re-write every single to-do! This is not efficient at all. It seems like a simple fix that would save everyone a ton of wasted time.

    Thanks for listening!
