Allow renaming of labels in Initiatiatives and other sections

It will be good to have the ability to rename field labels in Initiatives and other sections. For Example we want to rename "To Dos" to "Path to Green" but can rename it in the section.

    This would support not just management of the release (we call a 'project') and tactical coordination at the team level. It would also support advisory / sponsor level program level (using 'initiatives') reporting where executive level escalation can be enabled with a full view of timelines and risks.

    Or at the "Release" level, use the "To-do's" capability as "Risk" or "Issue" tracking, assignment and resolution. Simply being able to relabel the "To-do" for this Release object (*distinct* from those on "Features") as "Risks" or "Issues" or "Risks and Issues" would make this possible as otherwise this To-do construct as built gets us 90% there so its a natural extension of this capabilty.
