UI elements highlighting

It would be grate to have elements highlighting in UI on mouse navigation so users can understand the element is clickable.

For example in Initiatives section, some Initiatives grouped in a column at the left and when user with non-contributor rights navigate mouse over this colums it seems like a static elements. It is hard for the user to understand that it's clickable and it's able to see detailes of any particular initiative.

    The status of this idea was out of date. Since this was requested we have added hover states more consistently throughout Aha! -- including the specific example mentioned here.
