Ability to disable the Fredwin Cycling product

As an administrator, I need the ability to disable the Fredwin Cycling product line so that it does not interfere with my use of Aha! I understand that any user who has access to the Fredwin demo needs to access the product line but when they activate it, it undermines my preference to suppress it. As an administrator, I should be able to control who can activate it.
