Do not allow users to delete workflows that are still in use

Idea workflows that are still in use should not be able to be deleted from the "Configure status, workflows, and feature types" Page.  Or at the very least, please warn us if we try to delete a workflow that is in use.

I mistakenly deleted the "default" Ideas workflow from that page, but it is still in use in my Ideas portal.  This caused a lot of confusion.

    It should not be possible to delete a workflow that is in use. If you think that there was a case where Aha! didn't prevent you from deleting a workflow and it should have please email support@aha.io.

    Note that the default work - the one that exists before you create any custom workflows - is not visible on the "Configure status, workflows, and feature types" and it can't be deleted. If you had a workflow there named "Default" it must have been a custom one that you created.
