Update idea status to "will not implement" when related story will not be implemented

As a story evolves from an idea, it may be decided that the story is not worth implementing. Currently it doesn't seem that story status changing to "will not implement" will also update the related idea.

    Thank you for the note. We can see that in some circumstances, the "will not implement" status should be carried over to the related record. However, various other use cases may have an alternative use case. With this in mind, we currently provide the more conservative route.

    At this time, based on current priorities and existing functionality, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.
