In an ideas portal, ability to search for ideas submitted by another portal user in my company. Merged

I would like to see the ideas my coworkers have submitted so I can avoid duplication.

    This would be a great feature for our customers / users of the ideas portal.  We field a lot of questions from customers wanting to know the ideas their peers submitted, which would save us time administering the ideas portal.
