Change Font Color in Notes

We use Notes for an array of functions - meetings, market research, general notes, interviews, etc.

Some individuals use it for their own documentation but we also share across departments - for example, product managers and UX. If we have a question or something that needs to stand out, not having font colors makes it difficult to draw attention to a specific piece of text.

    We store meeting agendas as notes and we would love to be able to color responses to action items

Enable formatting and copy/past image functionality in notes

It would be great to be able to format text (colours, size, font etc) of notes. It would also be great if you were able to copy/paste images (and potentially other rich media) into notes.
