Filter the Initiative Rank list to show all open and future items

For PMs with many initiatives in varying states, I need to rank the initiatives against each other as priorities change.  In the Strategy > Initiative view, I want to have to show or exclude multiple states or state groups at the same time or to exclude completed work so that I can prioritize all pending work.  The smallest thing that would work would be to exclude "Achieved" items from the list.

    This is currently possible today. Directly above the list of initiatives, there is a filter which allows you to sort and filter by various statuses. This will then impact the list of initiatives, as well as the chart.

    Yes, there's a filter for various statuses, but users can only filter on one status at a time.  I want to see multiple states at the same time.  Specifically, I want to see the "Not Started" and "In progress" initiatives in the same list.  This feature does NOT exist.
