Changes on Release Roadmap require page refresh Merged

It's very odd - but a lot of changes to parts of the roadmap or release details does not refresh the contents. Often times I change phase dates and have to reload the page. I feel there are several parts that after I change them, the page does not reflect the changes until I manually refresh the page.
