Have a link to to-do items when clicking on a profile picture

In addition to My Profile and Logout when clicking on a user's picture, provide a link to To-Do items to make them quick to get to. See the picture attached.

  Thank you for the note. The best place to access all To-dos via a single click is through the "Home -> My work" page. Note that you can also set this page as your home page for easy access  when you log in. You can edit this via Settings -> Personal -> Home page.

  At this time, we're unlikely to place this as a link in the avatar dropdown in order to keep this clean with the existing items. However, we hope the home page suggestion might work for you as well.
