With nearly a dozen Product Managers managing hundreds of features across dozens of releases per year, having a way to capture some notes or comments on a particular score within my scorecard can capture PM thoughts of value targeted towards a particular audience. For example, if the scorecard includes PR / Marketing and a PM scores that attribute high, capturing the value statement for the high score helps the PM close the loop with the Marketing partners and forward plan the marketing rollout as that feature becomes available in the software.
The workaround we use is custom fields on the Initiative that can be included in reports.
Thank you for the note. The workaround you are currently using is actually one that we suggest to our customers as well. At this time, based on current priorities and the existing capabilities, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. While we understand the workaround may not be ideal, we hope that it can still work for you.
