track user logins and time spent in Notebooks Merged

As I've begun creating Notebooks for internal stakeholders to look at our product roadmap, I'd like to get a sense of how valuable this is - by measuring the number of views, who viewed it (if they're logged in), which pages they looked at most, and how much time they spent.

Would be cool if I could see a dashboard with these types of stats associated with each of my Notebooks.
