Auto-watch a feature when someone on my team is assigned to it
I haven't thought this out all the way, but with the new team structure, it's somewhat difficult to keep abreast of what people are getting assigned to. It'd be nice if there was a way for me to "watch" other users. For instance, a nice first step could be to let me select other users from a list in my "Personal" settings. Then whenever those users are assigned a feature, I automatically become a watcher of that feature.
It's not clear to me how use it would be outside of our organization, but the "feature auto-watch" would definitely be useful to me.

This may be somewhat different than the ask above, but we'd like any users tagged on an object to automatically watch that object, even if it's through a custom user field
