Viewing feature tiles in detail view

I have my feature tiles configured with a certain layout and when I’m in the feature detail view which gives me more room to write requirements while focusing on a specific release, the tiles still show the default layout and not the configured layout when viewing the features on the board.  I would like to have the feature tiles in detail view match the board view.

This really seems like a missing requirement when the ability to adjust the feature tile layout was implemented or bug to me.

    This is possible via Settings -> Product -> Configure. Scroll to the Customize Feature cards option towards the bottom of the page. This will allow you set a custom default view across the entire product for all users - and it would appear on both the Feature Board and Feature Details pages.

    You also have the option to customize the view on the Feature Board itself, though this only impacts your view on the Feature Board page only.

    I think this is the same idea as in APP-I-2653.  It is marked as "already exists", but I can't figure out how to do it.  I commented on that yesterday, and was just about to submit it again as a new idea, and saw this.
