Add user custom fields for admin tracking of business unit, training etc. Merged

We would like a way to identify what User License is associated with a specific Business unit. A Custom field on the User record might be enough here for us to keep count of what BUs are consuming what License counts.

In addition, it would be nice to keep track of which users in which business units have been trained.

    I agree, if user management is not simple or automated it creates an administrative nightmare.

    We need to re-certify access quarterly and it is an almighty pain not being able to hold the internal ID code for our employees; all internal systems that hold employees are driven by this ID.
