Ability to drag capacity limit bar in release
We don't always know the capacity for a specific release - we dynamically allocate resources to products based on priority. We also like to hold some capacity for bug fix, research etc. but we want to keep items below the capacity in the release as stretch goals. it would be nice to be able to manually set or move the capacity line for an in scope vs not view. That is the team may have capacity, but the item might still be out of scope.

Thank you for the request. One workaround could be to increase the capacity limit to allow for additional items. This would allow you to then include the occasional bug fix, etc.
While we understand that this doesn't completely meet your use case, we hope that it can help. At this time, we do not have plans for updates in this area just based on current priorities and historical feedback. We hope you can understand.
