Add Intiative -> Solution Capability mapping to Feature -> Feature options

There was a prior Idea that requested and closed as Delivered, however it wasnt delviered as asked for.  The goal was to allow us to map Intiatives into Rally as Solution Capabilities, Features to Features (under those Solution capabilties in Rally), and Requirements as user Stories.  The requirement to user story mapping is a lower priority for us

    We have launched an enhanced Rally integration. This integration gives you control to map Aha! initiatives and features to Rally portfolio items and user stories, along with several other new capabilities including the ability to:

    • Set record mappings for Aha! initiatives, releases, master features, features, and requirements and link them to nearly any corresponding record type
    • Map default or custom fields in Aha! to any “like” field and specify which direction the updates should flow (e.g. from Aha! or from Rally)
    • Automatically send outgoing changes from Aha! or choose to review and approve them
    • Import records directly from Rally to make getting started in Aha! easy
