Bug? Adding a new feature from Initiatives side-panel auto-assigns duration & estimate

We noticed that when adding features from the initiatives panel, each feature gets assigned the start + duration of the initiative, resulting in a stack of features that have very long estimates.  Not sure that should be the default behaviour, since you will no doubt have to manually change it for each feature ... there's no way all your features will have common start/end dates, especially if they're meant to span releases, etc.
