Add ideas into my work Merged

The my work view is extremely helpful. Is it possible to add ideas to this view? Also we are using a custom field for initiative assignee. Can that be added to my work?

    This idea makes complete sense. The notion of "my work" should include all items assigned to a user. We can currently see features assigned (list as well as by release) and to-dos, but Ideas get assigned out to people as well. including them on the my work page seems to make sense.

    Having top level view into ideas activity and backlog to review on my home page (like the My Work page) would be helpful.
