Idea area in my work. (Release maybe too?!?!)

When ideas are assigned to our BA team members it would be nice for those ideas to show on their my work.  Maybe release work for us release managers too ... but that is less important.

    The new "My work" page now includes all of your assigned records — including master features, features, requirements, releases, and ideas.

    Take a look at what you can do with the improved "My work" page.

    Add ideas into my work

    The my work view is extremely helpful. Is it possible to add ideas to this view? Also we are using a custom field for initiative assignee. Can that be added to my work?
