Allow "Predefined choice list" to select multiple items
Jira has the ability to have a custom field with selecting multiple items in a list. Aha can only support single items. The Aha multiple tags functionality is incompatible with Jira selects. We would like the ability to specify 2 or more items in a select list.

Thank you for your idea. Since this idea was requested we have improved the integration with Jira to allow Aha! predefined tags fields to be mapped to Jira multi-select fields. When creating one of these mappings you will have an option to map the field values between the two fields as well. The bottom section of this article explains in more detail.
Given these capabilities and the current option of selecting multiple values in a predefined tags field, we are unlikely to implement this idea. We hope you can understand.
