Rally integration: support updating of release dates

While the current Aha! -> Rally integration does support Aha! creating a release with a release date in Rally when the initial send is made, any updates to the release date in Aha! are not updated in Rally. To be consistent with other integrations and based on the design principle that PM's own releases, it would seem that release date changes in Aha! should be reflected in the Release in Rally.

    We have launched an enhanced Rally integration. This integration will allow you to send updates made to release dates to Rally, along with several other new capabilities including the ability to:

    • Set record mappings for Aha! initiatives, releases, master features, features, and requirements and link them to nearly any corresponding record type
    • Map default or custom fields in Aha! to any “like” field and specify which direction the updates should flow (e.g. from Aha! or from Rally)
    • Automatically send outgoing changes from Aha! or choose to review and approve them
    • Import records directly from Rally to make getting started in Aha! easy

    We are now seeing even stranger behavior. We are getting the Release Date -1 in Rally and start date from we know not where.
