Support Rich Text Fields and formatting in the table fields Merged

We use the notes field to create reports and we use the table option to store the information. It would be nice if this supports Rich text and better formatting.

    Ability to define column width and vertical alignment within cells would be a good starting point. Perhaps you could even add an HTML editor.
