It would be really nice to see some logic on the ideas submission. I'm thinking the basics could be adding your idea name, then a dropdown for a department or a certain request. This could then reload a specific form depending on the type of request. If it a website improvement vs a property referb for example the required information will be very different. You could extent this out to have more complicated logic depending on the flow of the request. Downloadable content and guides would also be a very good idea.
Thanks

Hi there,
Have you considered using separate products to handle this? What you are asking for is exactly how the idea submission workflow works for idea portals containing multiple products.
The idea submission fields are unique to each product, when an idea portal is configured for more than one product the first action the user performs when submitting the idea is to select the product. That then populates the list of fields for that specific product.
Using your examples, if you created a product for website improvement and a product for property referb, you could have two different idea submission forms within a single portal based on where the request was directed.
Thinking about it. Even having a simple dropdown that then pulled in a pre-defined form depending on the first selection would solve a great many problems for us.
