Optionally show product hierarchy in ideas portal Merged

For companies with a larger number of products the navigation in the ideas portal becomes extremely difficult with huge, alpha ordered lists of products - this will discourage use and/or degrade data entered.

Having many separate portals is not a workable solution (especially if end customers are using those portals)

Having the product list on the left of the ideas portal shown in the product line > product tree structure (accepting product lines should not be selectable) and duplicating this tree layout in the add new product page makes single portals vastly more usable.

This display mode should be optional as the current flat list is definitely better for small numbers of products.
