Ideas for new products? (Remove need to select existing product for an idea)

We are a services organisation with loads of products but Aha! doesn't let contributors add an idea for a new product/service through the portal! They are forced to select an existing one.

    Thanks for the note. While this is an intentional design, so that you can easily capture and view feedback specific to each of your products, there are potential workarounds which might help.

    You could create a product in Aha! called "New Product Idea" and add it to your portal. This would allow the user to select this option and add the product idea as an idea. 

    Based on this available workaround, we'll mark this item as Already exists. We hope that this can work for you.
