Pruning unused tags in bulk

Manually deleting unused tags, 1 by 1, waiting for a page refresh and dealing with a popup is way too time consuming. There should be a better way to handle this. 1 button to clean up all un-used. And some additional ways to manage the list (remove old ones > X days, less than 1 use, etc)
