Business Case Model at Feature and Release level

1. It would be useful to capture the following within Releases or Features:

  • the reason for the feature or release
  • how the feature/ release differ from others
  • cost analysis and benefits (business case for the feature)
  • Success Criteria (metrics)
  • Revenue Projections etc
  • Recommendation

2. The Product Manager and Business stakeholders will benefit from this idea

3. It should work or be in the same format as the Business Model but available at Release / Feature level. If at the feature level then it must he visible at the release level for that feature.

    This can be achieved today through the use of Custom fields. You can create any number of custom fields on Features and/or Releases (of various styles). Please find additional information here: https://www.aha.io/support/roadmaps/strategic-roadmaps/customizations/custom-fields

    While this does not show the information in the same exact format as the Business Model page, based on the available functionality and capabilities, we will mark this idea as Already exists.
