Ability to customise Ideas portal page title Merged

While it is currently possible to customise the company name that appears before "customer feedback" in the ideas portal title (i.e. what appears in the browser tab) it would be great to be able to customise the full title. We run one of our portals for internal company improvement ideas and would like to refer to employee feedback rather than customer.
