Additional strategy capabilities (product maturing & product MVP vision)

We create a product maturity grid along with a product vision that includes MVP (minimal viable product), enhance and compete.  Our capabilities are linked to these categories.

The product maturity grid allows us to determine our product maturity based on specific categories and topics by ranking them. 

It would be great if we could track this information in Aha! 

I've attached examples for review.

    The status of this idea was out of date. Since this was requested we have added the ability to create custom strategic models and custom templates. This blog post and support article explain how these can be used in more detail.

    Thanks for the request. There is a potential workaround for the Product vision chart, which could be achieved through the Feature board. You could use each product version as a Release and track capabilities as features to visualize and track the different product versions.

    In the meantime, we'll mark this idea as Likely to implement but hope that the workaround can help in the short term.

    The ability to track product maturity and high-level vision (MVP) details within a single tool could then be used to integrate the features such that it helps build a "heat map" of areas to focus the product.  Then it becomes more than a product roadmapping tool but rather a Product Management tool.
