Clone Idea Portal settings Merged

It should be nice to have the possibility to clone idea portal settings to a new portal, or supplying some kind of idea portal template to a portal. We are using one portal per customer as a helpdesk system. So for every customer we have to setup email templates and custom terminology again.

    This would be a great feature particularly in the case where you need to have multiple Ideas Portals but all reflecting the same products - eg when you need an iframe version and a web page version - or when you need a different set of terminology but use the same basic configuration
