Currently, Categories are the only data input that can show on the Ideas portal as a filter. We'd like the ability to show custom fields instead of categories.
If this isn't possible, then we'd like to request the ability to select multiple categories. We are currently using the categories as 'brands' so the requester can select which brand the ticket is for. Sometimes the ticket is for multiple brands. We wouldn't need this enhancement, though if we could use a custom field and have that custom field act as the filter within the portal.
