Filter by content type of activity/audit log

Would like to be able to filter recent activity on https://cfss.aha.io/audits by selecting a content type to filter. I'm talking about areas that can't be pinpointed in a custom report, such as comments added across the system. It would be nice to filter audit logs by type.
