Show a clickable JIRA ID in an Idea

Show a clickable JIRA ID in an Idea once the Feature ticket has been sent to JIRA.

Right now, Idea requester has to review reports to see if there is an associated JIRA ID.

This would allow an Idea requester to easily go to their Idea and see if it has an associated JIRA ticket - as well as click on the JIRA ID to go to it.

Currently, JIRA IDs only appear on the linked feature to the idea - as this is the record in which the integration JIRA user story is associated.

Within the application, this information can be easily accessible by clicking over to the feature.

If this information is valuable to idea requestors (who do not have Aha! access), one workaround would be to show this information in the Admin response.

At this time, due to current workarounds, priorities and community feedback, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.

HI Aha team, many of our Idea requestors don't have access to see the feature - how would you suggest a workaround for this (other than showing it in the admin response)? I just saw that I-908 launched, which carries Idea watchers to be feature watchers. Does this mean that even if the Idea watcher doesn't have full Aha access, they can see the feature and get to the JIRA ID from there?

    I appreciate your help!

    thanks,

    Alex
