Thank you for the request. At this time, Notes can be structured in many ways to organize information. You can set parent child relationships with your notes and directly link to them from various records throughout Aha!
In other places, we do provide the ability for custom fields. In those areas, you can create a single custom field (of the same name and API key), which would allow you to report on a single field across items.
At this time, we do not have plans for updates in this specific area based on community feedback and current priorities. We hope you can understand.
