Limit home page options to pages allowed for navigation

If I configure my portal to not display certain pages in navigation, then a user should not be able to select those pages as their home page.  For example, I removed access to the Product tab for all users (as we officially define the data to appear in this section) but I can choose from any of the Product tab options and it displays the content.  This should not be allowed if I do not want to allow users to directly navigate to those pages.

    Currently, navigation can be set at the Product level. However, it is possible for users to access other pages, based on navigation on other products. For example, the navigation for Product B may include Releases, while that of Product A does not.

    At this time, based on current priorities and community feedback, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.
