Ability to add Comments at the Release level

Currently it is not possible to add comments and send to project members at the release level. A classic example would be "I have updated the release date for this release to push back by a week". It is not appropriate to add this comment to a specific feature (usually!).

I agree. We are currently making some improvements to the "drawer" view for releases that appears on this screen. I will see if we can include the comments and to-dos there too.

Accessing Release Tab/Details sub tab, the Comments section is at the bottom of the screen. It would still be great to have To Dos and Comments on the feature board view, when we click on a Release name, to access the ToDos and Comments, as we use that view as the detail view.

Chris - thanks for update - yes, my mistake on this one I admit - a colleague just pointed this out to me. In that respect, why would these comments not be available against Releases in the Feature Board? I think that would be a useful addition so that no switching of views when Release planning at the feature level.

You can add comments to a release on the Releases -> Details page, at the very bottom of the page.

Actually a better example would have been discussion of release capacity, which is clearly at the release level and not at the individual feature level.
