Add Features to a Master Release because some features are unique to the combination of sub-releases

    This feature is purposely designed so that a master release contains phases and milestones (representing the combined delivery steps) and sub-releases (which are releases at the product level). Master releases do not contain features; the sub-releases at the product level contain the feature content.

    At this time, based on current priorities and community feedback, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.
