There are a couple solutions that can help you with this today:
Freshdesk has added an Aha! integration that can be used to link tickets to Aha! ideas. This is fully developed and supported by Freshdesk. Please let them know if you have any issues or enhancement requests.
Launch an internal ideas portal for proxy voting. This lets your support team create ideas and votes on behalf of customers and capture any key details. Available with the Ideas Advanced plan.
We will keep this idea open to track the need for an Aha! created integration. Please add comments to let us know more about what you need.

Hey Aha!, any chance of getting this integration implemented? As others users explained, Zapier is an additional expense which can be avoided if this feature is implemented...
Zapier integrations are an additional expense and an additional tool someone on the team has to learn and manage. Having the integration built into Aha! eliminates one point of pain.
