Strategy -> Initiatives and goals filter improvements

Instead of having just two categories of All and In Progress why not have:

• All
• In Progress
• Not Started
• Completed
• Abandoned

Currently, if one wants to add a bunch of initiatives that will not be started for months, they are listed right alongside the ones that are an important focus now. It clutters the view. The same applies with looking at completed items. I may not want to see completed items so my view is not cluttered, but today they are included in the "All" view. 

Another way of saying this: In Progress should truly mean only those with statuses that are active: At risk, some progress or on track.
