Rich text for horizontal rule

I like separating content in my descriptions with horizontal rules.  I'm used to doing this with JIRA, GitHub, and Confluence, and do it by habit.

    Thank you for the idea. This is possible today by selecting the Divider line option from the + menu in the toolbar. The status of this idea was out of date. You can learn more here: Text editor toolbar
