Add "Initiative Rank" field as a reporting data object

With the enhancement of being able to change the sequence in which initiatives are displayed in the Strategy -> Initiative page, there is the opportunity to force rank/prioritize initiatives based on their sort order. Just as the sort order of Features on the Feature Board for a given release dynamically populate a reporting data object called "Feature Rank", there should be a similar field provided for Initiatives that dynamically represents the "Initiative Rank".

    Also, I had to really stare at the Idea presentation for awhile before trying to click the grayed out "3 Voted" button as the means to cast a vote. Was totally non-intuitive.

    I need the rank so I can use the order as the relative prioritization. This is another example of the difficulty with Aha! for structuring releases of Features that take more than one sprint to release.
