Promote Ideas to Initiative instead of Features Merged

We sometimes get ideas via the Ideas Portal that become Initiatives that have many associated features. Now we wind up deleting the promoted feature and copying the info from the ticket to the initiative. It would be great to be able to do this in one step from an idea.
