Add the name of the Release into the features shown on the Workflow board

This would be really useful for seeing at a glance who is working on what Release. As you can see from the attached screenshot, we have our designer working on three 'Design' features but from the Workflow view we're not able to see which Releases each one is tied to.

    One potential workaround would be to name the Design features to include the release name, or for the features to include additional details in terms of the specific Design feature.

    At this time, we are unlikely to make changes due to the workarounds currently available, along with current priorities. We hope you can understand.
